Terms of service

Purpose

myServion is a private community space for the Servion group: event calendar, attendance polls, idea box, neighbourhood directory and village shared addresses. A volunteer, non-commercial service run by the local committee.

Access and account

Access to myServion is granted either by committee invitation or through public registration when open. Email address verification is required to use the site's features.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account. An account is strictly personal and may not be shared.

Acceptable use

Using myServion requires respect for other members and the community. The following are in particular prohibited:

• Any unlawful, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory or immoral content
• Harassment or personal attacks against other members
• Identity theft and creation of fake accounts
• Any commercial, advertising or unsolicited prospecting use

The committee reserves the right to moderate, hide or remove any inappropriate content, as well as to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach.

Submitted content

Ideas, reviews and contributions you publish on myServion (idea box, shared addresses, neighbourhood introduction, helping hands) remain your property. By publishing them, you guarantee you have the right to share them and grant the committee a non-exclusive licence to display them within the community.

Content written in French may be automatically translated into the other site languages (see privacy policy).

Google login

myServion offers login via Google. Using this option implies acceptance of Google's terms. myServion only retrieves strictly necessary information (email address, name, profile photo — displayed via a hotlinked URL with no local copy, controllable from your profile); no password is shared between myServion and Google.

Availability and liability

myServion is provided "as is", without any guarantee of availability, continuity or freedom from error. The committee endeavours to keep the service operational but cannot be held responsible for any interruption, data loss or malfunction.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the liability of the committee and its members is excluded for any indirect damage resulting from use of the site.

Changes to the terms

The committee may update these terms of service to adapt them to changes in the site, the legal framework or practices. Members are informed of any material change. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the committee's registered office in Servion.
