What is myServion?
myServion is the website of the Servion (VD) community group. It brings together the village events calendar, an ideas box, a neighbourhood directory, shared addresses and a village quiz. It is the entry point for taking part in village life.
Who can sign up? Do I need to live in Servion?
The site is private and reserved for Servion residents. Depending on the period, registration is either open freely or by invitation from the committee.
How do I join the group?
You can request an account from the home page, accept an invitation sent by a committee member, or sign in with Google. See also the About page.
Is the site free?
Yes. myServion is run by volunteers from the committee and the use of the site is entirely free for Servion residents.
Is my personal data visible to other members?
No, not by default. Your contact details are only shared if you explicitly enable sharing in the neighbourhood directory. The details are in our privacy policy.
I'm new to Servion, where do I start?
Create an account, introduce yourself and check the calendar: joining a first event is the simplest way to meet your neighbours. The About page details everything you need to know about village life.
Who runs myServion? Who is the committee?
myServion is run by a committee of volunteers, all Servion residents. The committee organises events, manages the ideas box and oversees access to the site.
How do I suggest an idea or an event?
Once signed in, use the ideas box to suggest an activity, a project or an improvement. The committee reviews each idea and responds publicly.
Where is Servion?
Servion is a municipality in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland, located in the Jorat region near Lausanne. It is a rural and peri-urban village of around 1,500 residents.
Is myServion an official site of the Servion municipality?
No. myServion is an independent volunteer collective of village residents, not affiliated with the Servion municipal administration. The site is run by a committee of volunteers active since 2024; the myServion site was launched in 2026.
Which languages is the site available in?
The site is available in four languages: French (default), English, German and Italian.
